Covanta Energy and Clean Energy Partner to Build Natural Gas Stations at Covanta Facilities
MORRISTOWN, N.J. and SEAL BEACH, CA, January 3, 2013 – Covanta Energy Corporation (NYSE: CVA), a world leader in sustainable waste management and renewable energy, and Clean Energy Fuels Corp. Clean Energy Announces Completion of First Stage of Its Nationwide Network of Natural Gas LNG Fueling Stations for Long-Haul, Heavy-Duty Freight Trucking

(Nasdaq: CLNE) concludes the first stage of America’s Natural Gas Highway® (ANGH), a network of liquefied natural gas (LNG) truck fueling stations to support long-haul, heavy-duty goods movement along major interstate corridors throughout the United States.

GE and Clean Energy Fuels Partner to Expand ‘America’s Natural Gas Highway®’
HOUSTON—November 13, 2012—GE (NYSE: GE) and Clean Energy Fuels (Nasdaq: CLNE) today announced a collaboration to expand the infrastructure for natural gas transportation in the United States. The agreement supports Clean Energy’s efforts in developing “America’s Natural Gas Highway®,” a fueling network that will enable trucks to operate on Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) coast to coast and border to border. Truck fleets often can reduce fuel costs by more than 25 percent and lower emissions with LNG.

Clean Energy’s CNG Fueling Stations Up and Operating in Storm’s Path
SEAL BEACH, Calif. (November 02, 2012) — Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE) today reported that 49 fueling stations in the seven states affected by Hurricane Sandy are operating and providing CNG (compressed natural gas) fuel to a wide range of fleets and individuals. Clean Energy Signs Agreement with Commonwealth of Virginia to Provide Natural Gas and Vehicle Conversion Services
RICHMOND, VA — October 2, 2012 — At a ceremony opening his annual Conference on Energy, Virginia Governor Robert McDonnell today signed an agreement with Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE) to enable the Commonwealth and local Virginia governmental entities to purchase Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) from Clean Energy for their vehicle fleets. Commonwealth, county, city, municipal and other Virginia government bodies will be able to access special pricing for CNG fuel and services through the state’s procurement website, eVA. Clean Energy also plans to build CNG fueling stations and provide CNG vehicle conversions for Commonwealth and local Virginia governments that want to take advantage of the benefits of natural gas as a transportation fuel.

Republic Services, Clean Energy Sign Renewable Biomethane Recovery Agreement for Tennessee Landfill
PHOENIX—August 23, 2012 — Expanding the availability of renewable natural gas, leading solid waste operator Republic Services, Inc.
